Preston Hollow Update

Sometimes you don’t really need to do any more than update. That’s what we did in this beautiful Preston Hollow home.

We took out the exiting linen closet in the bathroom and created a custom built-in that fit the space so much better than a giant door being opened in the middle of the space. The client had original hardwoods throughout so we finished those to match the house. They are beautiful now! We also created a shower based on the client’s preferences. We added a little charm to go with the needs of the shower.

We kept the same layout except we turned the toilet to be under the smaller centered window. This way, the space is more welcoming and you aren’t facing the shower when you’re sitting on the toilet. We added a new custom vanity to match the closet. A subtle cream counter to match the shower tile and update the space. New mirrors, new vanity lighting, new bathroom lighting - all creating a warm and welcoming bathroom for our clients.
